Truly Semiconductors Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Truly International Holdings. The group was founded in 1978 and listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1991 (stock code: 00732). 
 
Headquartered in Hong Kong, Truly has four manufacturing plants with 20,000+ strong staff with a high percentage being locals to ensure stable workforce. Truly manufactures small to medium size displays for various industries including but not limited to the automotive, industrial, medical and consumer electronics field.

Since its inception in 1991, Truly Semiconductors has been investing resources committed to developing and manufacturing small and medium size flat display products. Truly is a world leading manufacturer in TN, STN, TFT, OLED, AMOLED display technologies.
 
What separates Truly from other display manufacturers is that Truly owns a 2.5, a 4.5 and two 5 generation TFT lines and can make our own TFT panels, able to support any design customisations. With the smaller generation line, tooling costs are much more economic and enables our customers to create their own unique displays for pure versatility in designing their applications. The bigger generation lines will enable access to larger size displays with productivity in mind.
